Hannah Whelan, AIRPM – Property Manager:
Hannah has a genuine interest in buildings, their history and how they function for many years and went to the University of West of England to study Real Estate Valuation and Management. Hannah started out in the Property Management Sector in 2012 as an Assistant Property Manager and since then has been involved in a diverse range of developments working for both Freeholder and RMC / RTM clients. She comments: “I enjoy working with clients to reach a common goal together, whether it be the efficient management of the building or completing large improvement or maintenance works projects”. When not working, Hannah’s time is primarily dedicated to her two young children.
Jack Sargeant – Property Manager:
Jack started his career with Realty early in 2017 after working in the industry already for around four years, in fact, he’s worked in property related services since leaving education. Since then, he’s gained significant knowledge, skills and experience managing leasehold residential property to a high standard. Jack takes great pleasure knowing that he’s improved the lives of residents and owners alike and will continue to set the bar as high as possible. He enjoys working with leaseholders, directors and freeholders and prides himself on strong lines of communication, getting on well with a wide range of people. Modesty is clearly one of his strong points as when asked to comment he said: “Not all heroes wear capes, but this hero occasionally wears a tie.. To AGMs and Directors meetings.”
James Coote, AIRPM – Property Manager
Having previously lived in the South East, James benefits from having worked for some of London’s leading leasehold property management firms before relocating to Manchester. James brings a wealth of management experience after caretaking wide-ranging portfolios including large and complex developments. James says: “I am passionate about ensuring my developments are a pleasurable place to live. I actively seek to improve my knowledge of the industry and related construction methods” Outside work, James plays Cricket and likes to get out in the countryside walking with his Girlfriend – with maybe the odd pub lunch thrown in!
Jane Clarke, MIRPM, CIHM – Property Manager:
Employed as a property manager with Realty since 2008, Jane has brought considerable expertise in property management from her career within a large housing association spanning 16 years. With full membership of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM) and the Chartered Institute of Housing , she has extensive experience of consultation with owners and presentation of technical and financial information at meetings. She has a real passion for quality service and believes that everyone benefits from living / investing in quality, well managed housing. Jane says: “Facilitating high standards with a personal approach is what continues to motivate me 35 years into my career” and “Running half marathons from time to time is what keeps me healthy enough to achieve this 35 years into my career!”
Martin Gilder, BSc (Hons), MIRPM – Property Manager:
With a degree in building surveying and a wealth of all-encompassing property management experience, Martin prides himself on the level of service he is able to provide his clients. His diligent and methodical approach to Residential Management Company affairs means that he is happy to resolve even the most obscure of issues. He comments: “One of my fondest achievements was to successfully claim in excess of £500,000 to resolve an inherent build defect on a block of 10 units – saving leaseholders tens of thousands of pounds each!” Away from work, Martin enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as going on days out.
Ged Tucker, AIRPM – Property Manager:
Ged has worked in Property Management since 2001 working with a number of large Property Management companies and managing a variety of developments from small blocks of 4 flats to large developments of 650 flats in the South West. Ged has an extensive knowledge of Property Management and has overseen a number of projects, including his most proudest achievement, a £5M refurbishment at one of his developments. Ged relocated to the North West in 2012, and is now looking to undertake his Member exam for the IRPM in the near future. Ged is a proud father to a 6 year old pug – Lola, is currently single (and open to offers) and in his spare time performs as an aspiring club DJ.
