Realty have been managing our block of 41 flats for several years now, and I can strongly recommend them. They are friendly, efficient and very helpful, always quick to respond to phone calls or emails, and we enjoy dealing with them. Even when there has been the occasional out-of-hours problem which needed addressing, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to put things right. We totally rely on them.
