We currently manage almost 200 residential developments, including Resident Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies, and some of the UK’s most prominent freeholders and developers. The People Behind the Properties
Working with Realty ensures a seamless transition from one department to another. Each development is assigned a dedicated Property Manager and Property Assistant, so you always know who to contact and can build a long-term relationship based on trust.
Our Property Managers are fully qualified through The Property Institute and receive continuous professional development. Many of our team members have been with us for years and bring extensive hands-on experience to the role.
They don’t just manage properties; they get to know the buildings, the people, and the priorities of each site. Whether it’s a routine maintenance issue or a complex service charge query, our team takes time to listen, explain, and respond in a way that reflects your development’s specific needs.
