Operating for over forty years, Realty are a leading property management company operating Nationwide.
Realty Management Limited (Realty) is a Residential Property Management Company founded in the 1980’s that currently manages thousands of individual properties.
The ethos that first made us successful remains at the core of everything that we do; our focus on customer service and a transparent and common-sense approach to maintenance.
Our client base predominantly consists of Resident Management Companies (RMC’s), the vast majority of which we still work alongside today; alongside a number of select Freeholder and Developer Clients.
We place an incredibly strong emphasis on effective communication, continuity of the person managing each development, making clear and realistic promises and most importantly keeping them.
We offer bespoke management solutions for our clients, and understand how important clear and effective communication is to build meaningful and trusting professional relationships with our clients and customers.
We have built an exceptional reputation for providing an honest, friendly and professional service which is now recognised nationally by prominent awards. We have grown entirely organically to date, based upon customer recommendation and we regularly receive feedback from our clients and customers who tell us that Realty provide one the highest quality property management services available, alongside excellent value for money.
Realty are accredited members of TPI (The Property Institute – formally known as two separate entities – ARMA – The Association of Residential Managing Agents & the IRPM – Institute of Residential Property Managers). All of our Property Managers are required to be qualified through TPI.
Realty are regulated RICS members and every client benefits from RICS ‘client money protection’ scheme, completely safeguarding any monies that we hold on your behalf up to a value of £5.3 Million. We offer independent redress through the Ombudsman Services: Property, approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), and hold comprehensive levels of public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
As a national property management company, we operate industry-leading software and processes and to ensure high levels of efficiency and professionalism, and our internal structures, systems and procedures meet, and indeed exceed, all requirements of industry regulators, memberships, best practices and statutory obligations. This ensures a first rate service is delivered consistently alongside complete compliance with legislation and management codes, in turn offering comprehensive mitigation of our clients’ liabilities.

Managing Director
Daniel is one of the most competent, professional and organisationally skilled property executives in the UK. With a keen eye for detail and a forward thinking approach that has led to a number of key innovations over the years, Daniel is well known within the industry for his dedication, knowledge, and his passion for exceptional customer-service standards. He is not afraid to get involved at any level of the business, and can often be found inspecting developments and handling customer queries personally to ensure his exacting standards of management services are consistently met. Outside of the office Daniel enjoys cooking and is a keen follower of Formula 1.

Robert Prichard

Director of Property Management
Educated to Masters-Degree level in more than one industry-specific subject, Robert is one of the most qualified people you could hope to encounter in the property management arena. Robert has a background in residential developments for Developers, and his superb technical knowledge and rounded first-hand experience guides the property management department with true expertise, ensuring practical and compliance matters are handled with the utmost competence at all times. Robert has a keen interest in fine Whiskies and has amassed quite a collection over the years, he is also generally an outdoors man outside of the office, choosing to live in the peak district with his Wife, Sons, and a menagerie of pets.

Gordon Pollard
Non-Executive Director
With over two decades managing a regional legal department of a PLC housebuilder, Gordon has extensive legal expertise and experience.
He is able to comprehend technical legal issues and provide a pragmatic solution.
This level of experience and expertise has been invaluable as Realty has grown and, inevitably, encountered a variety of technical legal challenges on behalf of our clients.
Outside work, Gordon is a keen cyclist, frustrated golfer and enjoys travelling.

Antony Barron
Non-Executive Director
With twenty years’ experience specialising in operational management within the Block Management sector, Tony has invaluable experience.
Tony has extensive experience working with new-build apartments, listed buildings and complex major works projects on large, high-rise buildings.
His professional, diligent and organised approach has been key to the growth, success and stability of the businesses he is involved with.
Tony is a keen golfer, enjoys live music events and was a key part of organising a local music festival which raised a significant amount of money annually for local charities.

Jan Clarke
Finance Director
Jan Clarke has been with Realty for over a decade years and oversees all accounting functions at Realty. Jan is responsible for the smooth running of the service charge accounts, ensuring that all developments are updated on a regular basis; and ensures that all year ends are processed promptly. With over 30 years’ experience in accounting, Jan is the lifeblood of the accounts team and has implemented several major projects over the years, including transferring Realty from a ledger based system to a computerised system; changing Property Management Software systems; and as the company has grown, Jan has also seen the growth of her team double, and has been instrumental in ensuring her team are well supported and trained. Outside of work, Jan is a well-travelled individual and has visited a number of incredible destinations including: Singapore, Canada, The Maldives, Qatar, Hong Kong, Switzerland and many more! Jan enjoys, reading, rugby and motorsport, and is the proud owner of a motorcycle which accompanies her on a number of her adventures, mainly around Europe where she covers over 3500 miles on each trip!.

Lauren Rowlands
Associate Director – Business Development
With over a decade of experience within the property management industry, Lauren heads up the Business Development department. Lauren is forward thinking and passionate about what we do as a company and aims to achieve a steady growth strategy for the company by partnering with clients and customers that share our values, and ensuring that their needs are fully met by providing a high-quality, tailored and bespoke service solution. Outside of work Lauren enjoys hiking, travelling, and fine wine.

James Coote

Senior Property Manager
Having previously lived in the South East, James benefits from having worked for some of London’s leading leasehold property management firms before relocating to Manchester. James brings a wealth of management experience after caretaking wide-ranging portfolios including large and complex developments. James says: “I am passionate about ensuring my developments are a pleasurable place to live. I actively seek to improve my knowledge of the industry and related construction methods” Outside work, James plays Cricket and likes to get out in the countryside walking with his Girlfriend – with maybe the odd pub lunch thrown in!

Michael Johnston

Property Manager
Michael has worked in the Housing and Property Management sector across the northern regions of England for over 20 years for both the Private and Social sectors. Alongside residential developments, he has managed a wide variety of buildings from theatres, colleges, museums, commercial and retail units. Michael obviously enjoys the complexities of Property Management having stayed within the sector for the last two decades, and due to his wealth of vast experience, he is a calming influence when problems arise. Michael enjoys DIY, Gardening and family life in general (not so much the ironing though!). A keen motorcyclist, Michael often turns up at the office on two wheels ready to take on whatever that day brings.

Laurie Tebb

Property Manager
Laurie has worked multiple disciplines within the property industry since 2007, including block management, residential lettings, financial services and relocation, where he managed a project moving players from Europe & North America to Altrincham, as part of the new Manchester Storm Ice Hockey Club setup. Laurie switched to block management approximately 7 years ago and enjoys the challenges it presents. Laurie’s speciality is large projects at complex schemes where he can really make a real difference to the residents living within the properties and developments he manages. Outside of work, Laurie is a keen sportsman, he enjoys golf, but his real passion lies in Ice Hockey which he has played since the age of 10, and which has taken him as far as Minnesota where he coached a hockey camp. Laurie also enjoys photography and cooking.

Louise Newton

Property Manager
Louise joined Realty in August 2020 and has worked in the Property Management sector for over 9 years. During her time in Property Management, she has managed a diverse mix of challenging developments, from small blocks to larger more complex developments. Louise has a keen eye for detail and a passion for increasing the standards of a development, also ensuring all plant and equipment are adequately maintained, along with continued improvements where possible.
Louise has obtained her Member’s status with The Property Institute (TPI), and Assoc RICS, as well holding other qualifications relevant to Property Management. Outside of work Louise enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the countryside, and taking part in the odd yoga class!

Elizabeth Yates
Property Manager
Liz started her career at Realty initially as a Property Assistant, where she quickly developed a strong foundation in property management. With a background in the hospitality industry, Liz is quick to build rapport with Clients and Residents, and Customer Service is an area where Liz really excels, remaining one of strongest transferable skills. Liz’s hard work, dedication, and passion for delivering exceptional service led to her promotion to Property Manager, where she oversees a unique portfolio of smaller to mid-size properties, and ensures our clients’ needs are met with the highest level of professionalism. Outside of work, Liz is a keen supporter of Welsh rugby; and enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dogs, and cooking for family and friends, which allows her to share her love for food.

Ben Hale

Property Manager
Ben has worked in Leasehold Property Management since 2007 and has since amassed over a decade’s worth of knowledge and experience in multiple disciplines within the Property Management industry. Ben is a meticulous and helpful individual who thoroughly enjoys visiting sites first hand to assess management levels, and relishes interacting with customers face to face. Ben is more than happy to get his hands dirty and takes pleasure in resolving long standing issues that may have been inherited from previous agents. Outside of work Ben is happiest being at home with his wife and his cat, Max, taking a well-earned rest.

Simon Perkin

Property Manager
One of Simon’s best attributes to his role is that no job, big or small, is too much for Simon! Simon relishes an opportunity to get stuck in and make a real difference at each of his developments. With over 3 years’ experience, Simon enjoys problem solving, and one of his greatest achievements was overseeing a major works project where he replaced the roof on a Grade II listed building. Outside of work, Simon is a keen winter sports enthusiast, he plays Ice Hockey, and has taught snowboarding and skiing. Simon has a basic understanding of British Sign Language, and is a father to an awesome 3 year old!

Rebecca has over 5 years experience within the Property industry, predominantly managing properties across the North West. Having managed student tenanted properties during her experience, Rebecca is used to a challenge; and with additional experience in the hospitality & facilities management industry, Rebecca’s key strengths are her organisation, keen eye for detail, a passion for raising standards, and exceptional customer service. Outside of work Rebecca regularly holidays in Anglesey with her husband and dog Chester, she relishes quality time with family and friends, and enjoys paddleboarding when the weather allows!
