It starts with an initial meeting and site walk with your resident directors, allowing us to understand the condition of the development and any ongoing concerns. Before this meeting, we recommend gathering a few key documents:
- A copy of the lease or property transfer
- A recent service charge budget or previous year’s accounts
- Notes on specific concerns or unresolved issues
From there, we’ll prepare a tailored management proposal, one that reflects the unique needs of your development and the expectations of its residents.
