Your development will be assigned a dedicated Property Manager and Property Assistant, and your welcome pack should explain who it is you need to contact to report a maintenance requirement.
Realty will regularly visit your development to assess your management needs; and where there are Resident Management Company Directors, we will meet with the Resident Directors at regular intervals to ensure that the needs of the development are being met.
Realty have been involved in Property Management for over forty years, and you can be assured that we will manage the financial affairs at your development, and all regulatory requirements professionally whilst also being responsive to your feedback.

All repairs and contracted services are undertaken by local independent contractors where possible.
