We offer a ground rent collection service and use modern technology to ensure the prompt collection of rents and subsequent remittance of rents to the Client. Regular and professional reporting to Freeholder Clients is carried out as a matter of course and we are flexible in our reporting parameters should the Client prefer bespoke reports.
We work with well known professional organisations to ensure regulatory and compliance matters are undertaken to safeguard and fully mitigate Client liability. We believe that the interests of Freeholders and Leaseholders can be aligned in a complimentary manner, ensuring compliance issues are managed well and the regular services to the development are carried out to a high standard in a cost effective manner. Our services to Freeholder Clients include enforcing breaches of covenant, advice and arrangement of lease extensions and consultancy services.
We are often appointed in circumstances where the relationship between the Freeholders’ former Managing Agent and the Leaseholders has become fraught. Following our appointment these blocks have been successfully managed to high standards in accordance with the lease, have no credit control issues and have become a stable asset in the Freeholder’s portfolio.
