Realty Hits Business Milestone
Realty are overjoyed to be celebrating a fantastic milestone this quarter as we now proudly look after over 5000+ customers an increase of over 26% in business in the last 18 months alone, despite the challenges faced by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The company’s growth has led to Realty’s appointment on a number of future flagship schemes with major housebuilders, and created some strong partnerships with Resident Management Company boards at existing properties.
Further to this, as Realty grows steadily and organically we have recruited a number of new staff members to both the reception and administration teams to ensure we are staffed appropriately, alongside the addition of two further members of the Property Management team, with experienced Property Managers Joe Dennison-McCarey, AIRPM and Simon Perkin joining the team in March 2021.
Joe Dennison-McCarey, AIRPM has been working within the Property management industry for 30 years, and brings with him an abundance of experience and knowledge, being employed by some of the biggest property firms in and around London.
Simon Perkin comes to Realty with 3 years’ experience within the Property management industry and enjoys problem solving, with one of his greatest achievements, overseeing a major works project where he replaced the roof on a Grade II listed building.
We are proud to see Realty continue to grow as one of the leading Manging Agents within the UK and our growth has meant that we now cover geographical locations as far North as Cumbria and as far South as Oxfordshire, alongside a strong presence in a number of major cities and locations such as Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool & North Wales.
