As part of our commitment to our customers, we must always be able to demonstrate that the best quality services are provided for the best value for money. In addition we must also mitigate client liability and ensure our contractors’ working practices provide for a safe environment for all.
One of the ways in which we achieve this, is by ‘approving’ every contractor before we use them. We maintain an approved facilities management register and in order to obtain ‘approved status’ we require a copy of your health and safety policy, public liability and
professional indemnity insurance policies, VAT registration (if applicable), and both trade and customer references. If you are a member of any trade associations such as CHAS or Safe Contractor then this may assist in streamlining the process.
We are always keen to welcome new contractors to ‘approved status’ as we often find that those that perform well become a little too busy! As such we are happy to assist you to comply with our requirements if required.
