Realty celebrate 40 years of operation
Realty Management are proud to announce that we are celebrating our 40th Anniversary of operation within the Property Management Industry!
Founded in 1983 out of a small terraced house on the outskirts of Manchester, Realty still serve a number of our original customers from the 1980’s, and have grown significantly over the last decade.
The company saw a significant change in 2014 when it was acquired by our Non-Executive Directors, Gordon Pollard & Anthony Barron; and our Managing Director, Daniel Pollard.
Daniel became MD in 2014 at the age of only 29, and since then, Daniel has designed and implemented numerous strategic and operational systems and procedures that have transformed Realty; a relatively unknown regional firm, into a reputable and rapidly growing Managing Agent, now considered one of the best-known and reputable firms in the North-West and also the UK as a whole.
The business has seen significant commercial success since, with the portfolio of managed properties growing by 62% since his involvement; taking Realty from a small Northern outfit to a medium sized national managing agent. This has included appointment at the three largest developments that Realty has ever been instructed on, in its four-decade history.
During its journey, Realty has undertaken an office re-location, re-branding and complete changes to banking and property management software packages; all with positive outcomes.
Daniel’s entrepreneurial approach has attracted the recruitment of key individuals that might not normally consider working for ‘smaller’ firms; and in 2017 was joined by Property Management Director, Robert Prichard; and Associate Director, Lauren Rowlands overseeing the Business Development department in 2019.
To show our appreciation Realty will be organising a celebration for our team of staff and wish to extend our sincere thanks to all of our Customers and Clients that have used our services over the past 40 years.
