Realty continue their winning streak at the Property Week Awards!
After a successful year as a business on the awards circuit, Realty Management have been honoured again with a further highly commended win at the Property Week Management All Stars Awards, winning highly commended Customer Services Team of the Year 2019.
The Property Week Management All Stars Awards were held at the prestigious Grosvenor House in London on the 6th November, with over 400 individuals in attendance – the Crème de la Crème of the Property Industry – to recognise and celebrate the leaders within their community.
The judging panel deliberated over a record number of entries this year, making this year’s awards the most hotly contested so far.
The event saw an incredible amount of fundraising for the homelessness charity CRASH, which is a unique, practical charity that assists homelessness and hospice charities with construction related projects, creating places that care for people.
Realty’s highly commended win at the awards has not only solidified the company as one of the best Managing Agents within Manchester, but has also seen this underdog raise their profile further to become one of the leading national managing agents within the Property Management sector.
Realty has seen an incredibly successful period of organic growth this year following the appointment of Lauren Rowlands as Associate Director in April. Lauren commented on the latest win:

2019 has been an exciting year for the company whom have received a highly commended ARMA ACE Award for Larger Managing Agent of the Year; Business of the Year Award at the SBAs 2019; and whom have also been shortlisted for an additional Customer Service Award at the News on the Block Awards PMAS2019; and as Employer of the Year at the North West Business Awards.
