Realty’s Managing Director Recognised at Prestigious Awards
Realty are proud to announce that our Managing Director, Daniel Pollard, has received recognition at the prestigious “Property Management 50” awards organised by Flat Living Magazine.
The awards annually recognise 50 extraordinary individuals whose commitment, drive and determination push the Property Management Sector forward, and whom should be celebrated for their valuable contribution to the Property Management sector as a whole.
Daniel was recognised for his entrepreneurial efforts and commitment to raising standards within the Property Management Industry, and was delighted to have heard that he was nominated and listed as one of the 50 members of the elite fellowship.
Daniel acquired Realty and became Managing Director in 2014 at the age of only 29. Since then, Daniel has designed and implemented numerous strategic and operational systems and procedures that have transformed Realty; a relatively unknown regional firm, into a reputable and rapidly growing Managing Agent, now considered one of the best-known and reputable firms in the North-West and also the UK as a whole.
The business has seen significant commercial success since, with the portfolio of managed properties growing by 45% since his involvement. This includes appointment at the two largest developments that Realty has ever been instructed on, in its four-decade history.
In addition to commercial success and high staff morale, Daniel’s innovations have had a hugely positive effect on client relationships. Figures that speaks volumes are the fact that: Realty has enjoyed an almost impeccable client retention rate since Daniel’s involvement; and the results of our customer satisfaction questionnaire, sent to hundreds of leaseholder clients – of those who responded, 99% of leaseholders said they were “completely satisfied” with 93% rating us 10 out of 10. Great proof that Daniel’s hard work to transform the business has succeeded.
In addition to running the company, Daniel personally manages developments and the feedback from his clients is consistently impressive. One recently said:

Daniel manages one building containing 72 flats that had suffered years of neglect before Realty’s involvement.
