How Do I Pay The Service Charge?
Realty will write to you when you complete your purchase and explain the terms of the service charge and how much you need to pay. At the same time we will advise you of all the possible methods and frequencies of payment. With the exception of where very small amounts are payable, it is always our preference to setup a long term monthly payment method that makes paying the service charge as easy as possible for you. This means you don’t have to worry about forgetting to make payments and the cost is spread throughout the year. In addition to monthly payment methods, Realty can accommodate most other payment types including, bank transfer, cheque, credit and debit cards.
